Finca 588
Sustainable Living and Hands-On Learning
Finca 588 is a working homestead where people come to rediscover their capacity to feed themselves, make things, and learn by doing.
We live on a thriving homestead where daily life is shaped by food, animals, land, and season.
We raise and grow much of what we eat and spend our days tending, making, fixing, and learning as we go. A few times each year, we open our home and land to families and practitioners who feel drawn to this way of life.
Finca 588 is a sustainable working farm, homestead, and living laboratory of regenerative agriculture principles. We have restored degraded cattle pasture into a thriving and productive tropical food forest, a biodiverse ecosystem which sustains us and our animals. We cure our farm raised meats, age our raw milk cheeses, and grow nutrient dense food in a regenerative way.
We offer hands-on custom experiential learning experiences.
